Please introduce the design essentials of tantalum-continuous tubular reactor
Material selection: Choose the appropriate tantalum or tantalum alloy material based on the properties of the reactants and reaction conditions. For extremely corrosive media and high-temperature conditions, select high-performance tantalum alloy materials to ensure the reliability and safety of the equipment.
Pipeline design: Determine the diameter, length, and layout of the pipeline based on production scale and reaction requirements. The pipeline design should fully consider the flow state of materials, heat and mass transfer requirements, and the convenience of equipment maintenance.
Temperature control: Implement segmented temperature control to meet the temperature requirements of different reaction stages. Control the reaction temperature through an advanced automated control system to ensure the stability of the reaction process.
Safety protection: Considering the high cost and processing difficulty of tantalum materials, attention should be paid to safety protection measures for equipment during design. For example, safety devices such as safety valves and rupture disks should be installed to prevent equipment from operating at excessive pressure; reliable sealing structures should be adopted to prevent material leakage, etc.
