A dense and stable oxide film is formed on the surface of titanium materials, which can withstand various strong corrosive media such as nitric acid, organic acids, chlorides, wet chlorine gas, alkaline solution, seawater, etc. It has no tendency towards intergranular corrosion or stress corrosion, and has strong resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. This feature can fundamentally eliminate equipment leakage, medium pollution and other problems caused by medium corrosion, and is suitable for high corrosion conditions that ordinary steel cannot handle. At the same time, its structural design is fully adapted to the fluid flow field, with low operating pressure drop, which can effectively reduce system energy consumption, improve the purity of backend products, and reduce the cost investment of subsequent refining processes.

The melting point of titanium material is as high as 1668 ℃, and the commonly used TA2 pure titanium can be used for a long time at a temperature of 315 ℃, with a low coefficient of thermal expansion and strong resistance to thermal fatigue and creep. In high-temperature melt treatment, high-temperature exhaust gas purification and other working conditions, the equipment is not prone to deformation, cracking and other problems due to cold and hot cycles, ensuring long-term stable separation performance and expanding the application boundaries of the equipment.
