Pre-operation inspection
Structural integrity: Check whether the inlet and outlet pipelines and valve connections are correct, and whether the connecting bolts are tightened to avoid leakage risks.
Liquid level control: Open the natural gas outlet valve and the raw material inlet valve, observe the liquid level indication, and maintain the liquid level between 1/2 and 1/3. If the liquid level is abnormal, adjust the opening of the inlet and outlet valves to a stable state.
Safety accessories: Confirm that safety valves, pressure gauges, and other accessories are installed properly, with the opening pressure set at 1.05 times the working pressure, and conduct regular calibrations.
Startup and operation
Stable operation: After the equipment is started, the liquid level should not be lower than 1/2. If the liquid level is too low, turn down the oil and water discharge valves, and wait until the accumulated liquid reaches the specified range before discharging normally.
Parameter monitoring: Continuously observe changes in temperature, pressure, and liquid level. Strictly prohibit operation at overtemperature (below design temperature) or overpressure (below design pressure), and record key parameters.
Capacity control: The actual processing capacity should align with the design capacity to prevent insufficient centrifugal force or excessive pressure loss. For instance, an undersized centrifugal separator can lead to reduced separation efficiency.
Shutdown and maintenance
Shutdown operation: When shutting down, purge the liquid from the container and pipeline to prevent residual medium from corroding the equipment.
Regular sewage discharge: Discharge the dirt and sediment inside the equipment every half month to avoid blockage and affecting the separation effect.
Wall thickness inspection: Measure the wall thickness once a year. If the thickness decreases, conduct a hydraulic test and then use it with reduced pressure.
