Material characteristics of titanium condensers
corrosion resistance
The corrosion rate of titanium in strong corrosive media such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and seawater is less than 0.01mm/year, which is more than 10 times that of 316L stainless steel.
heat resistance
Titanium material has a long-term working temperature of 300 ℃ and a short-term temperature resistance of 500 ℃, suitable for high-temperature scenarios such as PTA oxidation and supercritical CO ₂ power generation.
Lightweight and High Strength
The density of titanium material is only 60% of steel, but its tensile strength reaches 900MPa, achieving a balance between lightweight equipment and high strength.
